What is Personal Coaching?
Personal coaching involves working one on one with your coach, in order to reach your end goal. Coaching can be given over the phone, or face to face…the choice is yours. Working one to one will get you the results you want very quickly. Coaching allows you to identify the problem, or challenge you’re facing, understand how it has manifested itself and then, using a number of different tools we remove it, reframe it, or change it.
Sound simple enough? That’s because it is. As long as you have the commitment to wanting to change, the rest is easy. We will guide you every step of the way to find your own, simple solutions, that work for you, permanently. We won’t tell you what your problem is, or how to fix it, we’ll allow you to do that in your own time, in a way that works for you.
Working together in this way guarantees lasting change and your success, no matter what challenge you’re dealing with.
What sort of things can you look at with your coach?
The right coach will help you change or deal with anything from finding a new relationship, to getting out of an old one. Other areas might include:

How much does it cost?
We currently charge £60 an hour.
