Making A Purchase
Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our catalogue, and click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on “Proceed to checkout” and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order.
We accept credit card payment via PayPal.
We do not charge for any item until it is ready to ship. Back ordered items are not charged until they are shipped.
Shipping And Handling
Postage and shipping in the UK is free for orders of £29.00 and over.
There is no shipping charge for downloadable orders.
*At cost- the shipping amount we pay the Courier/ Post Office is the amount we charge you. We can only calculate this once your parcel has been packed and weighed.
For non-downloadable orders, we will despatch your order within 48 hours. You will normally receive your order between two and five business days. International orders are generally received in less than seven days.
If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.
Credit Card Security
For your added security, we do not handle credit card information directly. All payments are processed by PayPal.
Any personal information collected as part of your order is encrypted using 128bit encryption.
